Water Softener Systems

Ion exchange systems that remove water hardness and prevent scale formation

Watercoach water softening systems are advanced technology solutions that improve water quality by removing water hardness and preventing scale formation.

Hardness is a condition caused by calcium and magnesium ions in water and causes many problems in daily life and industrial applications. Hard water causes scale buildup in pipes, efficiency loss in heating systems and shortened equipment life. The water softening process works on the ion exchange principle.

Hardness-causing calcium and magnesium ions in water are exchanged with sodium ions as they pass through a special resin bed. This softens the water and prevents scale formation. The high-quality cationic resins we use as Watercoach are long-lasting and high-capacity. Our systems are offered in single, duplex and triplex configurations.

Single systems are ideal for small and medium capacity applications. Duplex systems are designed for facilities requiring uninterrupted soft water; while one tank is regenerating, the other tank continues to operate. Triplex systems provide maximum reliability in high-capacity industrial facilities. The benefits of water softening are quite extensive.

In terms of energy savings, it provides a 25-30% increase in efficiency in heating systems. Detergent and cleaning material consumption is reduced by half. Equipment and device life is significantly extended. Watercoach water softening systems operate fully automatically and are equipped with smart control systems.

Our systems are offered with fiber or stainless steel tank options and have a wide capacity range from 0.5 m³/hour to 100 m³/hour.
